Penn National, Charles Town Cancel Feb. 5

Inclement weather has led to the cancellation of racing Wednesday, Feb. 5, at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course and Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races. Both tracks are owned by Penn National Gaming.
According to a release, live racing is scheduled to resume Feb. 6 at both tracks.
Eight of the first 20 live programs of the 2014 season have been canceled at Penn National in Grantville, Pa., due to the record-setting snow and cold conditions that have plagued the mid-Atlantic region this year.
The cancellation at Charles Town, located in Charles Town, W.Va., is the 12th in 2014.
