Irish Hill & Dutchess Views Stallions announced Nov. 24 that all stud fees for the stallions they manage remain unchanged in 2024.

Mind Control  , who set New York records for mares bred (190) and number of mares in-foal (171) in 2023, has relocated to the Stillwater, N.Y., farm for the 2024 breeding season.

Rockridge Stud did an outstanding job in 2023. His move was predetermined by the unprecedented and cooperative agreement among New York's most important breeders that brought the three-time grade 1 winner to the Empire State last year. The move to IHDV emphasizes the cooperative nature of this venture. Rockridge Stud, along with Waldorf Farm and Hidden Lake Farm, remain active partners in the stallion's management and can also be contacted to purchase 2024 seasons.

The full IHDV roster includes:

  • War Dancer  , a proud New York resident since beginning his stud career, continues to have his progeny impress on the racetrack over all surfaces and distances. As a direct result, he bred nearly 70% more mares in 2023 than in 2022.
  • The ever-popular Kentucky Derby (G1) and Preakness Stakes (G1) winner Big Brown  , the broodmare sire of Kentucky Derby winner, Mage  .
  • King for a Day   (Uncle Mo  ) and Lookin At Lee   (Lookin At Lucky ), who will both have 2-year-olds that will begin racing in 2024.
  • Waiting , a son of Triple Crown winner American Pharoah  , whose first crop hit the ground in 2023, and according to IHDV, they look the part.
  • Multiple stakes-winning millionaire Warrior's Charge  . The son of Munnings   arrived last year to begin his stud career; IHDV is eager to get a look at his first crop in 2024.
