Oaklawn Cancels Because of Cold Weather

Oaklawn Park has cancelled its Thursday, Feb. 6 card because of below freezing temperatures. Oaklawn's track crew worked the track overnight and will remain on the track all day and night to prevent any freeze that could put weekend racing in jeopardy.
The track lost part of the card Sunday, Feb. 3 because of winter weather, but this is the first time this season that it has lost an entire card.
Live racing at Oaklawn is scheduled to resume Friday Feb. 7, with a 1:30 p.m. CST first post.
