The International Federation of Horseracing Authorities has released volume 11 of IFHA Quarterly, its newsletter produced in partnership with the Japan Racing Association.
This edition includes an announcement that the 2023 Longines World Racing Awards will be held next year on Jan. 23 in London, England. The event, organized by the Swiss watch brand Longines and the IFHA, will take place at the famed Savoy Hotel.
Additionally, there is a profile feature with Jamie Stier, chairman of the IFHA's Horse Welfare Committee, and Dr Craig Suann, secretary of the HWC, and the Senior Technical Advisor of the IFHA. To conclude, the newsletter features an interview with Ryan Moore, winner of the 2023 Longines World's Best Jockey Award.
