Prospector Bull First Winner for Bulldogger

Arizona-based young stallion Bulldogger picked up his first winner June 14, when Prospector Bull won a maiden claiming race at Hipodromo de las Americas in Mexico City.
Stakes-placed Bulldogger, a son of Dixie Union, is a first-crop sire who stands for a private fee at Fleming Thoroughbred Farm in Willcox, Ariz. He is out of the stakes-placed Tricky Creek mare Silent Stream. Bulldogger has nine foals in his first crop and two reported starters through June 16.
Making his fifth career start, Cuadra Phoenix's Prospector Bull prevailed by a nose in the June 14, 5 1/2-furlong maiden claiming race. Out of the Gulch mare Shaky Canyon, Prospector Bull was bred in Arizona by Fleming Thoroughbred Farm.
