Parx Cancels Two More Cards Due to Winter Weather

Parx Racing in Bensalem, Pa., announced the cancellation of its Jan. 22-23 cards due to the lasting effects of winter weather last week.
Parx canceled all three race days last week after it experienced winter weather and low temperatures Jan. 15-17. Parx also canceled training every morning from Jan. 19-21.
The track opened late for training at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 22 despite the cancellation of racing. Later that afternoon, track officials decided to cancel the Jan. 23 card. The track will open for training at 9 a.m.
Live racing has been canceled for Tuesday, January 23rd.

Parx has 10 races scheduled Jan. 24 as the last day of their race week.
