The Win Win Win filly consigned as Hip 788 breezes a quarter-mile in :20 1/5 to register the fastest quarter of the OBS March Under Tack Show

After four days of torrid times over the synthetic track, a Forida-bred filly by Win Win Win   blazed the fastest quarter-mile of the under tack show when clocked in :20 1/5 March 9 ahead of the Ocala Breeders' Sales March Sale of 2-Year-Olds in Training.

Consigned as Hip 788 for co-breeder Ocala Stud, the filly is the fourth foal produced from her dam, the Union Rags   mare Unanimity. Hailing from the immediate family of grade 1 winners Discreet Cat and Discreetly Mine , as well as stakes winners Courtesan  and Broadway Run , Unanimity's 4-year-old son Beastly Speed (The Big Beast  ) captured his debut in maiden special weight company last October at Gulfstream Park for trainer Saffie Joseph Jr.

The second-fastest quarter-mile time of the day belonged to Hip 686, a colt consigned by Pick View from the first crop of 2018 champion 2-year-old male Game Winner  . Hip 686's quarter-mile breeze time in :20 2/5 is the co-second-fastest of the sale, as two other juveniles recorded the same time during yesterday's under tack session. The Kentucky-bred colt, picked up by Pick View for $40,000 as a yearling at the 2023 Keeneland September Sale, is out of the stakes-placed Johannesburg mare So Stylish .
