Thorpedo Anna wins the Acorn Stakes at Saratoga Race Course

Thorpedo Anna , the 3-year-old filly who has been dominant in her three starts this year, breaks into the top 10 of the latest National Thoroughbred Racing Association Top Thoroughbred Poll.

Already sitting atop last week's NTRA Top 3-Year-Old poll, Thorpedo Anna carries momentum from her June 7 Acorn Stakes (G1) triumph at Saratoga Race Course. The daughter of Fast Anna  climbed five spots and is now No. 7 with 77 points. She has yet to win this year (3-0-0 from three starts) by fewer than four lengths.

She is likely headed to the Aug. 17 Alabama Stakes (G1) before potentially getting a shot running against the boys.

National Treasure  maintains his stranglehold on the top spot with 25 first-place votes and 290 points. He won the Metropolitan Handicap (G1) last time out.

Including National Treasure, the rankings of the top six remained unchanged with Senor Buscador , Idiomatic , First Mission , Adare Manor , and Master of the Seas falling in behind the leader.

Thorpedo Anna's move into the top 10 is the first bit of change as Nos. 8-10 see a domino effect. Randomized  dropped one spot to No. 8, bumped down by Thorpedo Anna's entrance. The daughter of Nyquist   most recently won the Ogden Phipps Stakes (G1).

Cogburn , who had a record-setting performance in the Jaipur Stakes (G1), and The Chosen Vron  round out the top 10.
