Growing Catalog Released for F-T July HORA Sale

Fasig-Tipton released June 27 its initial catalog for the July Selected Horses of Racing Age Sale, to be held July 8 in Lexington beginning at 3 p.m. ET.

The catalog will continue to grow as Fasig-Tipton approves entries up until sale time.

In 2023 and 2024, the July Horses of Racing Age sale graduates have notched 32 stakes wins to date and included current graded stakes winners Newgrange  and Fort Washington . Purchased at the 2022 sale, Newgrange has won three graded stakes for his new connections, pushing his career earnings over $1 million. Fort Washington, a graduate of last year's sale, recently captured the Monmouth Stakes (G3T) in a dead heat June 15 at Monmouth Park.

"Our July Selected Horses of Racing Age Sale annually provides an industry-leading marketplace for the trade of quality horses of racing age," said Fasig-Tipton president Boyd Browning Jr. "Buyers have the luxury of purchasing horses that can be immediately campaigned at North America's lucrative summer race meetings."

Entries may now be viewed via the sale's enhanced online catalog, which features pedigrees, race replays, statistical links, Ragozin "sheet" numbers, and continuously updated Daily Racing Form past performances.

Prospective buyers may also sign up for email alerts to receive pedigree and race record updates, as well as notifications of new sale entries as they are accepted.

The July Selected Horses of Racing Age catalog will also be available via the Equineline sales catalog app. Print catalogs will be available on the sales grounds in the week leading up to the sale.
