Penn National, Beulah Cancel Race Cards

Penn National Race Course has canceled its Wednesday, Feb. 19 card because of a morning ice storm.
Bad weather has continually hampered racing at the Grantville, Pa. track, as it has been able to offer just one live racing card this month. The track plans to resume racing Feb. 20.
Meanwhile, Beulah Park in Grove City, Ohio, canceled racing a second straight day Feb. 19, citing track conditions.
