Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races canceled its Aug. 8 card as a result of the remnants of Tropical Storm Debby moving through the area.
A decision on the status of the Aug. 9 card will be made Friday morning.
Charles Town joins Colonial Downs as a track that canceled racing Thursday due to the tropical storm. This week Colonial has postponed several cards, including its Festival of Racing featuring the Arlington Million (G1T), which was moved from Aug. 10 to Aug. 11.
