Grade 1 winner She Feels Pretty attempts to get back in the win column Aug. 17 as she is scheduled to compete against 10 other 3-year-old fillies in the $200,000 Lake Placid Stakes (G2T) at Saratoga Race Course.
Winner of last year's Natalma Stakes (G1T) and third in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf (G1T) at age 2, She Feels pretty returned from a six-month layoff with a commanding 5 3/4-length victory in the Hilltop Stakes at Pimlico Race Course May 18, earning her 4-5 favoritism in the July 6 Belmont Oaks Invitational Stakes (G1T) at Aqueduct Racetrack.
In stretching out from a mile for her second start, the daughter of Karakontie could not outduel pacesetter Segesta in the final stages of the 1 3/16-mile event, settling for third and defeated by three-quarters of a length as Cinderella's Dream caught them both late.
Neither of those foes returns in this spot as trainer Cherie DeVaux cuts her filly back a furlong while looking to add to her $472,379 bankroll for owner Lael Stables. DeVaux also takes a shot with John Gunther and Eurowest Bloodstock Services' Deep Satin , a July 14 Saratoga maiden winner.
Also emerging from the Belmont Oaks is Klaravich Stable's Dynamic Pricing , who breaks from post 10 of 11. Seventh beaten five lengths, the daughter of Night of Thunder returns to the 1 1/16-mile distance she traveled while winning the Edgewood Stakes (G2T) at Churchill Downs May 3.
"(The Belmont Oaks) was a little too far for her," trainer Chad Brown said. "Cutting her back I think will work for her."
The filly reunites with jockey Irad Ortiz Jr., whose only time aboard was in her Edgewood victory.

As usual, Brown doesn't arrive with all his eggs in one basket, as two more entrants will attempt to help the trainer to win his fourth straight Lake Placid and sixth overall.
The addition of blinkers provided what Brown called a "breakthrough" 1 1/4-length win for Peter Brant's Spaliday in the Boiling Springs Stakes at Monmouth Park July 13. The More Than Ready filly out of three-time grade 1 winner Dayatthespa is now set for her graded debut.
Brown also sends to post Flanagan Racing's Grayosh , defeated a nose in allowance company at this distance at Saratoga July 18.
Trainer Charlie Appleby's success in sending horses to Saratoga has continued this year as he has already tallied three stakes victories. A fourth could come from Godolphin homebred Beautiful Love .
Entering off two starts at Meydan, the daughter of Siyouni was bested by stablemate Cinderella's Dream in early February before winning a conditions race two weeks later. She will need to overcome the far outside post, but has been keeping good company in her training partners Eternal Hope and Naval Power .
Les Reys will also debut stateside off consecutive wins in France, including the June 9 Prix Volterra at Longchamp. The Penny's Picnic filly joins the barn of trainer Christophe Clement for West Point Thoroughbreds, Peter Leidel and Winters Equine.
