The catalog is now online for the Inglis Digital USA May Sale, featuring a diverse slate of 30 offerings, including fillies closely related to both parts of this year's Kentucky Oaks (G1) exacta.

Bidding is currently open for the online auction, and the first lot will close May 28 at 2 p.m. EST, with subsequent listings hammering in three-minute increments.

Among the offerings are nine racing or racing/broodmare prospects, eight yearlings, two broodmare prospects, seven broodmares, two mares with foals at their side, and two no-guarantee stallion seasons, offered by a roster of consignors including ELiTE, WinStar Farm, Paramount Sales, and Baldwin Bloodstock.

"We have a really good group on offer in our May Sale," said Kyle Wilson, senior director of sales and recruiting for Inglis Digital USA. "There's some exciting horses coming in with very legitimate updates and plenty of upside."

Owners looking to add a runner to their stable for the summer racing season have a solid group of offerings to browse, including grade 3-placed Regaled , a half sister to Kentucky Oaks runner-up Drexel Hill .

The 4-year-old Mohaymen  filly enters the sale in good form, winning her 2025 debut, a Laurel Park allowance optional claiming race Feb. 16, by three lengths. She followed up that effort with a runner-up finish in the Heavenly Cause Stakes at Laurel April 12, and she most recently finished third in the listed Allaire du Pont Distaff Stakes at Pimlico Race Course May 16.

Trained by Samuel G. Davis for owner Brittnee Caballero, Regaled has won three career starts, and she earned graded black type last summer when she finished third in the Delaware Oaks (G3). She is Virginia-certified, making her eligible to run in Virginia-restricted races at Colonial Downs. Paramount Sales consigns Regaled, as agent.

"We are thrilled to represent longtime horseman Samuel G. Davis with this talented filly. Regaled has a clear and exciting campaign for the summer as well as tremendous potential as a broodmare prospect," Paramount Sales' Paddy Campion said. "With that huge update from Drexel Hill, plus being from the Tapit sire line, she represents an excellent addition to any top operation."

Just a Fair Shake , one of Maryland's top 3-year-olds, is also in the sale. The Laoban colt enters the auction off runner-up efforts in the Sir Barton Stakes on the Preakness Stakes (G1) undercard May 17 at Pimlico, and the Federico Tesio Stakes April 19 at Laurel.

He debuted as a juvenile with a 2 1/2-length win in a one-mile Laurel Park maiden special weight, and earned more black type with an in-the-money effort in the Laurel Futurity.

Just a Fair Shake is trained by Daniel McKenzie for owner LaShawna Lynch. He is consigned by Baldwin Bloodstock.

"This is a very rare opportunity to own a consistent and talented 3-year-old colt in the spring with so many stakes races and opportunities the remainder of the year," said Amy Bunt of Baldwin Bloodstock. "Just a Fair Shake has hit the board in all five lifetime starts including three stakes races. He most recently ran second in the Sir Barton Stakes with Bobby Flay's ultra-talented Crudo coming out on top, and is said to be a possible entrant in the Belmont Stakes. Just a Fair Shake has improving speed figures and looks to have a very bright future."

For breeders seeking a late addition to their broodmare band, the May sale offers a 4-year-old half sister to multiple grade 1 winner Wedding Toast , who is herself the dam of undefeated Kentucky Oaks winner Good Cheer . The unraced More Than Ready filly is consigned by Leonard Powell.

"This is an attractive filly by More Than Ready with a world-class family that keeps getting better," Powell said.

Also among the notable offerings is Ms McWhinney, a daughter of 2015 Triple Crown winner American Pharoah   from the vaunted Stonestreet Thoroughbred Holdings breeding program, consigned by Baldwin Bloodstock.

The 4-year-old filly is a half sister to Zeitlos , who won last year's Thoroughbred Club of America Stakes (G2), and added another update to her page when she won the listed Skipat Stakes May 17 at Pimlico.

Her dam is the Australian group 3 winner Thyme For Roses , purchased by Stonestreet as a broodmare prospect for $595,200 at the 2017 Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale.

"Ms McWhinney showed plenty of talent in her own right by running a mile in 1:34 flat on the grass while winning at Santa Anita," Bunt said. "Her half sister Zeitlos is already a grade 2 winner and most recently lit up the board at Pimlico winning the Skipat Stakes in her 2025 debut on Preakness day. She will appeal to both domestic and international breeders and should inject both speed and stamina into her offspring being by Triple Crown winner American Pharoah. There is no shortage of talent in this Stonestreet family."

Breeders looking for late-season matches for their mares will also take notice of the no-guarantee seasons on offer from Darby Dan Farm's Modernist   and Walmac Farm's Pinehurst  .
