There are so many reasons to love Saratoga as the racing season begins in this quiet hamlet nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. It’s nearly impossible to choose a favorite aspect of the summer meet here, but I can say with certainty that morning training hours at the racetrack rank right up there for me.
I was lucky enough to go each morning that I was in town for opening weekend, and I always had my trusty cameras with me. Since I took a few thousand photos (not an exaggeration!) over the weekend, I wanted to share my favorite morning shots that didn’t make previous blogs with you today. They don’t need captions or explanations: the beauty of Saratoga speaks for itself.
