Description:

Decked Out has the most experience and brings the top Equibase Speed Figures to the table Aug. 15 at Saratoga Race Course for the $200,000 Adirondack Stakes (gr. II). The 6 1/2-furlong race for juvenile fillies is race four on the card that includes the Fourstardave Handicap (gr. IIT).

Decked Out, who races for Big Chief Thoroughbreds and Gene Voss, will be making her fourth career start in the Adirondack, which has drawn a field of seven. Stabled in the same barn as last week's Jim Dandy Stakes (gr. II) winner Texas Red, Decked Out is trained by Keith Desormeaux. His Hall of Fame brother, jockey Kent Desormeaux, will be at Arlington International Racecourse Aug. 15, so Decked Out will be ridden by Junior Alvarado.

Decked Out, a filly by Street Boss  , earned a 91 figure in both her maiden score at Santa Anita Park May 7 and in a third-place effort at the Spa on opening day in the Schuylerville Stakes (gr. III). In between those efforts was a runner-up effort in Belmont Park's Astoria Stakes at 5 1/2 furlongs. A half sister to minor stakes winner Morrow Cove, Decked Out is out of Once Around (by You and I), a half sister to 2010 Tampa Bay Derby (gr. III) winner Odysseus.

Trainer Todd Pletcher, a three-time winner of the Adirondack, will send out StarLadies Racing's Tonasah with Javier Castellano up. A wire-to-wire winner first time out July 2 at Belmont at 4-5, Tonasah was a $250,000 Keeneland September sale buy. The Pennsylvania-bred, by Malibu Moon  , is a half sister to grade III winner Quantum Miss.

Pletcher will also send out Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners' Delicate Lady. Drawing the rail, the Illinois-bred daughter of Thunder Gulch broke her maiden in her debut at Arlington July 2 for William and Dianna Shaffer and trainer Carlos Silva. She is the first foal out of the Broken Vow   mare Love and Lies.

Breaking from the outside is Saratoga graduate Just Wicked, a winner second time out July 24 under Jose Ortiz for trainer Steve Asmussen. Asmussen won the 2011 Adirondack with eventual champion filly My Miss Aurelia. A Winchell Thoroughbreds homebred by leading sire Tapit  , Just Wicked is the second foal out of stakes winner Wicked Deed, by the late Harlan's Holiday.

Shipping in from Delaware Park is Chadds Ford Stable's Lookout Sister, a $180,000 Keeneland November sale weanling in 2013. By three-time leading sire Giant's Causeway  , the July 18 maiden winner is out of Traveling Alone, a half sister to classic winner Union Rags   and the dam of Declaration of War  .

From Florida come recent maiden winners Kandoo and Heartbreaker Girl at Gulfstream Park. Kandoo (by Kantharos  ) went wire to wire as the choice July 18 while Heartbreaker Girl (by first-crop sire Drosselmeyer  ) went wire-to-wire July 23.
