Providence, R.I.-based photographer Meg McMahon visited Saratoga Race Course for a big day of racing on Aug. 29 that was headlined by American Pharoah's bid to win the Travers Stakes.
An accomplished sports photographer but new to Thoroughbred racing, her unique eye captured the color, pageantry, and emotion that included Keen Ice's upset of American Pharoah in the biggest race of the summer.
