Woodbine announced July 2 that racing July 3 has been canceled because of ongoing underground infrastructure repairs. Contractors remain on-site working to resolve the issue. The track announced a sewer leak July 1 at the half-mile pole of the Tapeta main track.

With the Thursday and Friday cards canceled, Woodbine will run a 12-race card July 5 that includes all seven previously drawn races from Thursday.

Woodbine continues discussions with the Ontario Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario regarding a possible rescheduled race date July 6. Updates will continue to be provided as the situation develops.
