Tepin has compiled a 3-2-0 record in five 2015 outings.

The $400,000 First Lady Stakes (gr. IT) at Keeneland Oct. 3 attracted 11 older fillies and mares, including grade I winner Tepin, Canadian champion Solid Appeal, and three European-based runners.

At a mile over the Haggin turf course, the First Lady is one of five graded stakes on the first Saturday card of the 17-day Keeneland meet.

Trained by Mark Casse for Robert Masterson, Tepin has been consistent, with a 5-3-1 record from 13 starts, and earnings of $1,135,973. Winner of the $500,000 Delta Downs Princess Stakes (gr. III) on dirt as a 2-year-old in 2013, the daughter of Bernstein has compiled a 3-2-0 record in five 2015 outings after going winless in four 2014 starts. The 4-year-old filly's stalking style has resulted in victories in the Longines Just a Game (gr. IT) at Belmont Park and Distaff Turf Mile (gr. IIT) at Churchill Downs, with runner-up finishes both decided in photos in the Diana (gr. IT) and the Ketel One Ballston Spa (gr. IIT).

Julien Leparoux, a four-time winner of the First Lady, retains the mount on Tepin from the outside post.

Jim and Susan Hill's Solid Appeal, Canada's champion grass mare of 2013, has one placing and no wins in six starts since winning the Nassau Stakes (Can-IIT) for the second straight year in May of 2014. The Successful Appeal   mare finished sixth, only two lengths behind winner Dacita, in the Ballston Spa.

The European-based runners are Paul Crowley's globe-trotting Crowley's Law, and the Mrs. John Magnier, Michael Tabor, and Derrick Smith duo of Easter and Outstanding, both trained by Aidan O'Brien.

Trained by Thomas Dascombe, Crowley's Law has not won a stakes but has placed in seven stakes in England, Turkey, Germany, and the U.S., where she finished third in the Nobel Damsel (gr. IIIT) at Belmont Sept. 19. Victor Espinoza will have the mount and break from post 1.

Outstanding, a stakes winner in her native Ireland and group-placed in England, is making her second foray into U.S. racing. She finished third behind Lady Eli in the Belmont Oaks Invitational (gr. IT) in July before returning to Europe. Easter also is group-placed and finished three-quarters of a length in front of Outstanding two weeks ago when they met at Gowran Park in Ireland.

G. Watts Humphrey and St. George Farm Racing's She's Not Here, trained by Vicki Oliver, is coming into the First Lady off her first stakes win, by a half-length in the Yellow Ribbon Handixap (gr. IIT) at Del Mar.
