Grade I-placed Consumer Credit runs next in the Pebbles Stakes.

Grade I-placed Consumer Credit will get some class relief when she tries to end a three-race skid in the $200,000 Pebbles Stakes on a Columbus Day card Oct. 12 at Belmont Park.

Brous Stable, Gary Barber, and Wachtel Stable's Consumer Credit enters Monday's one-mile race for 3-year-old fillies on the Belmont turf off a fifth-place finish in the Lake Placid Stakes (gr. IIT) Aug. 14 on the Saratoga Race Course turf. That marked the second straight off-the-board finish for the daughter of More Than Ready  , who earlier this season won the Sweetest Chant Stakes (gr. IIIT) at Gulfstream Park and finished third in the American Oaks (gr. IT) at Santa Anita Park.

Consumer Credit is one of three fillies entered in the race by trainer Chad Brown, who also sends out stakes winner Partisan Politics and Light In Paris, who is stakes-placed in France and makes her U.S. debut for new owner Martin Schwartz.

Other accomplished contenders in the field of eight include grade II-placed stakes winner Isabella Sings, stakes winner Devine Aida, and grade III-placed Lady Zuzu.
