Mutatis Mutandis worked a half-mile on the dirt in :48 1/5 under jockey Joe Bravo Oct. 20 at Keeneland.

Chasemore Farm's Mutatis Mutandis, third in the Oct. 3 Flower Bowl (gr. IT) in her U.S. debut and hoping for a spot in the $2 million Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf (gr. IT), worked a half-mile on the dirt in :48 1/5 under jockey Joe Bravo Oct. 20 at Keeneland.

"This was the first time she has ever worked on the dirt," said Michaela Carter, assistant to trainer Ed Walker.

The 4-year-old Mastercraftsman filly posted fractions of :12 1/5, :24 1/5, and galloped out five furlongs in 1:02.

"That was a nice move," Bravo said. "For a distance turf filly, she has a good turn of foot on the dirt."

Also on the work tab at Keeneland was Natalma Stakes (Can-IIT) winner Catch a Glimpse, headed for the $1 million Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf (gr. IT). The City Zip   filly worked five furlongs on the fast main track in 1:01 in company with the unraced 3-year-old Deep Sea. Owned by Gary Barber, Michael James Ambler, and Windways Farm and trained by Mark Casse, Catch a Glimpse posted fractions of :12, :24, :36 3/5, and galloped out six furlongs in 1:14 1/5 and seven-eighths in 1:28.
