Last-out Monmouth Oaks (gr. III) winner Delightful Joy will look for her second straight graded victory in the $200,000 Turnback the Alarm Handicap (gr. III) Oct. 30 at Belmont Park.
The 3-year-old Tapit   filly trained by Chad Brown looked much the best when she closed from ninth in the 1 1/16-mile Monmouth Oaks Aug. 22 and will get the same distance Saturday, but at one turn. It will be her second race against older horses, after she won a July allowance at Belmont against fillies and mares.
ANGST: Delightful Joy Wins Stakes Debut at Monmouth
Two-back winner Call Pat, who won the Groupie Doll Stakes (gr. III) in August, appears to be a considerable challenger.
Fellow graded winner Imposing Grace; graded stakes-placed Joint Return, Stiffed, Pangburn, and America; stakes-placed Holiday's Jewel; and two-time allowance winner La Madrina, complete the field.
