The $1-million Louisiana Derby is the signature race at the Fair Grounds meeting and one of the marquee prep races for the Kentucky Derby, the first jewel of Thoroughbred racing’s Triple Crown. This year’s Louisiana Derby will be held on Saturday at Fair Grounds with a scheduled post time of 7:10 p.m. ET
The Louisiana Derby will be televised on NBC Sports Network during Saturday’s telecast from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. ET.
