The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association has announced the 2016 schedule for its seminars and clinics. The educational events are sponsored by Blood-Horse and feature various topics for prospective, new, and established Thoroughbred owners and breeders.
"We are very honored to host our seminars and clinics at a number of the world's top racetracks, breeding farms, and sales companies," TOBA president Dan Metzger said. "These venues provide a tremendous atmosphere for potential and current owners and breeders to learn more about our sport."
The 2016 TOBA seminar and clinic chedule:
March 1: Pedigree and Conformation Clinic at Gulfstream Park (Hallandale, Fla.)
May: Thoroughbred Ownership Seminar at Churchill Downs (Louisville, Ky.)*
June 3-5: Breeding Clinic in Lexington
July: Thoroughbred Ownership Seminar at Indiana Grand Racing & Casino (Shelbyville, Ind.)*
Aug. 8-9: Pedigree and Conformation Clinic in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
Aug. 12: Thoroughbred Ownership Seminar at Saratoga Race Course (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.)
Oct. 22-23: Pedigree & Conformation Clinic in Lexington
December: Thoroughbred Ownership Seminar at Gulfstream Park (Hallandale, Fla.)*
