Toyota Blue Grass Stakes Next Stop for The Jockey Club Tour on FOX

Description:

The Jockey Club Tour on FOX will shine the light on 3-year-olds Saturday with live coverage of the $750,000 Toyota Blue Grass Stakes (G1) from Keeneland on FOX Sports 1 and FOX Deportes from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. ET. A full field of 14 horses is entered for the 90th running of the 1 1/8-mile race, and Bobby’s Kitten is the morning-line favorite at 3-1.
Once again, the on-air duties will be handled by Greg Wolf, Richard Migliore, Andy Serling, Simon Bray and Alyssa Ali.
The telecast will also include live coverage of the $300,000 Jenny Wiley Stakes and features on morning workouts, memorable performances in Blue Grass Stakes history, and “The Hill,” an area where fans can tailgate and watch and wager on races at Keeneland.

“The Jockey Club Tour on FOX is composed mainly of races for older horses, but there’s immense interest in 3-year-olds at this time of year, and Keeneland is certainly one of the most historic racing venues in the country,” said Jason Wilson, vice president, business development, The Jockey Club.
In addition to the telecast, a live webcast of the Toyota Blue Grass Stakes will be available on America’s Best Racing’s homepage (americasbestracing.net) from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. Hosted by ABR’s fan education ambassador Joe Kristufek (@JoeyDaKRacing), the webcast will include an interactive chat, additional statistics, and post-race live coverage for a complete Toyota Blue Grass Stakes experience.
Following the Toyota Blue Grass, The Jockey Club Tour on FOX will continue with six telecasts that will feature several of North America’s most prestigious races for older horses.
