Gabby Gaudet has been added to the 2014 broadcast team at Arlington International Racecourse, the track announced April 11.
For the past year, Gaudet has served as racing analyst for Laurel Park as well as for Pimlico Race Course, where she was part of the broadcast team for the the Preakness Stakes (gr. I).
In addition, she has also covered the Arlington Million (gr. IT) and other major races for HRTV, and spent a summer as a staff writer at Saratoga Race Course.
"I am very excited and honored to become a new addition to the Arlington team," said Gaudet. "It is an excellent meet from top to bottom and I'm happy to be a part of it for the upcoming summer months."
Gaudet comes from a racing family. Her father, mother, and sister are all trainers.
She will make her Arlington debut to coincide with the start of the 2014 Arlington race meet May 2. After opening weekend (May 2-4), she will return to Maryland through the Preakness, and again for Laurel Park's fall meet.

"Her horse racing knowledge and communication skills will provide insight into our races that our customers will find interesting and helpful."
