Stan, a retired Thoroughbred racehorse who raced as "Irresponsible King," is Mr. All-Around at Square Peg Foundation, an organization that uses horses to help people overcome challenges.
Stan can bow and loves to show off (especially for carrots!). His trainer at the track, Angelo Tekos Jr., still warmly refers to him as "The Terror of Bay Meadows" largely due to his penchant for rearing on the track. Even after all these years, his trainer, Tekos still checks in on him from time to time.
