Accuweather is forecasting cool temperatures all week, with clouds and a chance of thunderstorms on several days. The high temperature for the week is expected to come Monday, when the thermometer reaches 72, and there is a strong possibility of a thunderstorm. There is expected to be periods of rain and a thunderstorm Tuesday, April 29, followed by two days of clouds.
On Friday, May 2, for the Longines Kentucky Oaks (gr. I), the forecast is calling for a high of 62, with intervals of clouds and sun and a thunderstorm possibility. The overnight low will be a brisk 42 degrees.
