Who to Follow for Keeneland's Blue Grass Stakes

One of horse racing’s premier racecourses opens this Friday, when Keeneland celebrates the start of its 2016 spring meet. Just a day later, the track will host the Grade 1, $1-million Toyota Blue Grass Stakes, which will serve as a launching point to the Kentucky Derby for at least the top two finishers in the race.
There’s plenty of other good racing to go along with the many sights, sounds and personalities of Keeneland. To get you prepared for the meet, we’ve put together a list off the best Twitter and Instagram accounts to follow if you want to stay on top of all the action at Keeneland.

The official account for Keeneland is one of the best track accounts when it comes to photos. If you take a look at the account right now, you'll already find some really cool photos and video of Florida Derby winner Nyquist arriving at Keeneland, as well as many other pictures from behind-the-scenes.

Breeders’ Cup

Keeneland played host to the 2015 Breeders’ Cup, and the 2016 Keeneland Spring Meet will no doubt feature horses who will appear later on this fall at the 2016 Breeders’ Cup at Santa Anita. Additionally, Keeneland will also be hosting the “Grade One Gamble” handicapping contest on April 17, which will award entries to the National Handicapping Championship and the Breeders’ Cup Betting Challenge.
