I'm a Chatterbox.

Fletcher and Carolyn Gray's grade I winner I'm a Chatterbox zipped through five furlongs in a bullet :59 at Keeneland April 4 as the 4-year-old filly prepares for her 2016 debut in the April 22 Doubledogdare Stakes (gr. III).

Working in company with 3-year-old stablemate All Out of Aces, who started about a length or 1 1/2 lengths in front, I'm a Chatterbox cruised past her workmate. I'm a Chatterbox's :59 was fastest of 20 working the distance, as All Out of Aces' breeze in :59 4/5 was second-fastest.

"We're trying to get her juices flowing again," trainer Larry Jones said. "We wanted her to have some company out there. (All Out of Aces) tried to stay with her but he just couldn't keep up. She did it very easily."

Jones said the daughter of Munnings   will have two more works leading up to the Doubledogdare.

I'm a Chatterbox has earned $1,304,614 with five wins, two seconds, and two thirds from 11 starts. During her eight-race campaign of 2015, the filly won four stakes, including the grade I Cotillion Stakes and grade II Fair Grounds Oaks (gr. II), finished second in the Coaching Club American Oaks and Alabama Stakes, both grade I, and third in the Longines Kentucky Oaks (gr. I).

Following her Keeneland appearance, I'm a Chatterbox will be pointed to the June 11 Ogden Phipps Stakes (gr. I) at Belmont Park.
