HRRN To Broadcast Saturday's Derby Preps Live

Horse Racing Radio Network continues down the road to the Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I) with exclusive coverage of three major Derby prep races each offering a $1 million purse and 170 Kentucky Derby qualifying points.
HRRN's broadcast, which begins at 4 p.m. EDT, includes the Wood Memorial (gr. I) at Aqueduct, Keeneland's Toyota Blue Grass Stakes (gr. I), and the Santa Anita Derby (gr. I) from Santa Anita.
Coverage will be aired throughout North America on SiriusXM channel 83 and available via live streaming on the HRRN website. Listeners can also access the stream on mobile devices by visiting the HRRN site.
HRRN's Mike Penna will be joined by analysts Jude Feld and Ellis Starr to anchor Saturday's broadcast from Keeneland. Turf writer Jennie Rees will provide pre- and post-race commentary from the paddock and winners' circle.
Anthony Stabile and Acacia Courtney will join the coverage from Aqueduct while Jeff Bloom will be on-site at Santa Anita.
In addition to the three Derby prep races, the three hour broadcast will include a trio of stakes on the Keeneland undercard: the Commonwealth (gr. III), Shakertown (gr. II), and Madison (gr. I).
Penna and Feld will begin Saturday's coverage with the "Equine Forum" talk show, which can be heard from 8-10 a.m. on SiriusXM channel 93 and via live streaming provided on the HRRN website.
