Juvenile male champion Nyquist jogged twice around Keeneland's main track April 19 as he moves toward the May 7 Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I). Reddam Racing's son of Uncle Mo   is slated to gallop Wednesday, jog again on Thursday, and work Friday.

The schedule mirrors last week's game plan.

"He showed us everything we wanted to see," said Doug O'Neill's assistant Jack Sisterton, who is overseeing the O'Neill barn in Lexington. "He's happy, so we're happy."

Rain is in the forecast for the Lexington area starting tomorrow evening. It's not a concern for Team Nyquist, as the horse can also train over Keeneland's Polytrack training track, a move the colt did last week and last fall prior to the Breeders' Cup World Championships.

"We're not sure about the weather, but we have options," Sisterson said. "It's no problem going to the training track. He went there several times Breeders' Cup week and look how that worked out."

Nyquist won the Sentient Jet Breeders' Cup Juvenile (gr. I) at Keeneland on his way to an Eclipse Award. Nyquist is two-for-two this year with wins in the San Vicente Stakes (gr. II) and Xpressbet.com Florida Derby (gr. I).

Also in Keeneland's Barn 24 are Reddam Racing's Donworth and sophomore filly Land Over Sea.

Donworth, seventh last time out in the Santa Anita Handicap (gr. I) will ship out tomorrow for the Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races and a start in the $1.25 million Charles Town Classic (gr. II).

Land Over Sea is the winner of the March 26 TwinSpires.com Fair Grounds Oaks (gr. II) after finishing behind champion juvenile filly Songbird in five consecutive starts. A fever has knocked Songbird out of the Longines Kentucky Oaks (gr. I).

"Land Over Sea...she couldn't be doing any better," Sisterson said. "It's a shame what happened to Songbird. You never want to look back and say, 'Well, if Songbird would have run...' I feel for Team (trainer Jerry) Hollendorfer. We're glad it's just a fever and nothing more. Unfortunately for Land Over Sea, she'll have to run against her again at some point."
