It’s chaos like you could never believe. It seems so orchestrated on television. In real life, it is amazing. It is such a wild and whirling, swirling kaleidoscope of colors, sounds and emotions. Hundreds of people pour onto the track. Photographers were scrambling from their assigned places on the rail in order to get in position for the returning horses. Security was swarming everywhere and trying to create order. Television cables were being swung around.
