For 29 years, Heather Simpson Correa’s day has started with a timeless regularity which is inherent in most jobs around the racetrack. Carrying an over-sized container of coffee in one hand and pulling a shopping wheelie bearing grooms' vests and work gear with the other, she greets each familiar face with a camaraderie born of years of shared experiences with the same people in a very special world. Heather ended up doing what she does best in a place she loves well. But it didn’t start out that way.
