Siena Farm's homebred Isabella Sings went right for the lead out of the gate and never looked back in the $100,000 Eatontown Stakes (gr. IIIT) June 25, posting a three-length victory after showing the way at Monmouth Park

With Paco Lopez aboard, the 4-year-old daugher of Eskendereya covered the mile and a sixteenth over the firm turf course in 1:40.57 and paid $2.80, $2.10, and $2.10 in the field of eight fillies and mares. Hard-closing Sea Coast split horses for second and paid $3.80 and $3.00. It was another 1 3/4 lengths back to Bureau de Change, who paid $3.40.

"I just wanted to break sharp and see where she placed herself," Lopez said. "There wasn't a whole lot of speed in the race and she was nice and relaxed in front. She was just the best horse in the race."

Trained by Todd Pletcher, Isabella Sings made it two in a row over the Monmouth Park turf after taking the May 29 Miss Liberty Stakes. That was her first win of the season after tangling with champion turf mare Tepin twice; a runner-up finish in the March 12 Hillsborough Stakes (gr. IIIT) in her season debut, and a seventh in the Churchill Distaff Turf Mile (gr. IIT).

She is now 3-for-4 at Monmouth Park and with this win boosts her record to 6-4-0 in 15 career starts, including a career-best performance in the 2015 Mrs. Revere Stakes (gr. IIT), good for earnings of $451,950.
