Valor Ladies' Tuttipaesi, winner of the March 16 Santa Ana Stakes (gr. IIT) at Santa Anita Park last time out, will chase a second graded victory in the $200,000 Dr. James Penny Memorial (gr. IIIT) July 4 at Parx Racing.
The 1 1/16-mile filly and mare turf test for 3-year-olds and up is the lone graded stakes race in North America on Independence Day.
Tuttipaesi, a 6-year-old daughter of Clodovil trained by Hall of Famer Bill Mott, picked up her first graded win with a flying finish.

Grade III winners Tiger Ride and Tammy the Torpedo could provide a challenge, although both must rebound from less-than-ideal runs.
Dixiana Farms' Tiger Ride, a 4-year-old Candy Ride filly trained by Graham Motion, finished eighth in her most recent start, the May 21 Gallorette Handicap (gr. IIIT) at Pimlico Race Course, after getting jostled going into the first turn. She looks back to last October's victory in the Valley View (gr. IIIT) at Keeneland for her last win.
Tammy the Torpedo was a lackluster fifth April 2 in the Honey Fox (gr. IIT) at Gulfstream Park, after winning the Suwannee River Stakes (gr. IIIT) there in her first graded victory for trainer Chad Brown, Long Lake Stable, and Beacon Hill Thoroughbreds. She is cross-entered in the Perfect Sting Stakes July 2 at Belmont Park.
Minor stakes winner Devilwenttogeorgia and allowance winners Inside Out, Zipessa, Keystone Kelly, and Serious Happiness complete the field, along with former claimer Navajo Kitten.
