Saturday’s Stars and Stripes Day at Belmont Park was a celebration of both Independence Day and an afternoon of outstanding horse racing. The entire backyard area of Belmont Park was dedicated to family fun while over on the racetrack Thoroughbreds from all over the globe were competing in some of the weekend’s most prestigious races in the country.
