306 Cataloged for F-T New York-Bred Sale

Fasig-Tipton has cataloged 306 yearlings for its annual New York-bred yearling sale in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

The sale will be Aug. 13-14 in the Humphrey S. Finney Pavilion, with sessions beginning at 6:30 p.m. EDT daily.



"This catalog reflects the quality of the New York-bred program, which will offer $60 million in purses, incentives, and awards again in 2016," said Fasig-Tipton president and CEO Boyd Browning. "Racing opportunities for New York-breds are among the best in the nation, and at the New York-bred sale buyers will find the type of horses that will take them to the heights of the program and beyond."



Statistics recently released by Blood-Horse MarketWatch list it as a top-three ranked sale by average earnings per starter, percentage of winners sold with earnings of more than $150,000, and percentage of stakes winners from yearlings sold.



The catalog may now be viewed online and within the Equineline sales catalog app, Print catalogs are available at all Fasig-Tipton offices.
