U.S. Represented By Eight Horses in July IFHA Rankings

In the first International Federation of Horseracing Authorities (IFHA) Longines World’s Best Racehorse Rankings since the Belmont Stakes on June 11 the United States was represented by eight horses, including two who moved up the list in June.
Only a Japanese-based horse was rated higher than California Chrome and Frosted, who shared the No. 2 ranking with Winx on a rating of 126, three points lower than Japan’s A Shin Hikari.
