Charitable Annuity, a 4-year-old gelding by Charitable Man out of the Luftikus mare Early Annuity, was bred by Donald Duvall and is trained by James W. Casey. Other West Virginia-bred champions for 2015 as selected by the West Virginia Thoroughbred Breeders Association are as follows:
