The Far Hills Race Meeting will convene for the 96th time at Moorland Farm in northern New Jersey this Saturday, bringing together the top steeplechase horses in North America and an estimated 35,000 fans for races in a setting renowned for its tradition and natural beauty.
Seven races are scheduled for Saturday’s meeting, with the first post at 1 p.m. The card is highlighted by the prestigious $350,000 Grand National Steeplechase, which annually attracts elite jumpers from the U.S. and abroad. Purses for the day’s races total $700,000.
