Den's Legacy is a grade III stakes winner and grade I-placed.

Oklahoma owner/breeder Dr. Warren Center has purchased graded stakes winner Den's Legacy and will stand him at his Mighty Acres Farm next year.

Chad Schumer, who brokered the deal, said the son of Medaglia d'Oro is expected to race one more time at Churchill Downs for current owners Westrock Stables. Den's Legacy is trained by Ron Moquett, who has had him since the beginning of 2015.

Bred in Florida by Gaye Schwartz, Den's Legacy was sold as a weanling at the 2010 Keeneland November breeding stock sale for $150,000 to John McKay out of the Indian Creek consignment. The colt's dam Sunshine Song is a half sister to grade I winner C.S. Silk and grade III winner Remember Sheikh

Den's Legacy got off to good start at 2, winning the Generous Stakes (gr. III) and finishing third to Violence in the grade I CashCall Futurity, both at Hollywood Park. At 3 he placed in six graded stakes, finishing second in the Sham Stakes, Robert B. Lewis Stakes, and the La Jolla Handicap (all gr. II). He also finished third in the grade II Rebel Stakes behind eventual grade I winners Will Take Charge and Oxbow.

To date, Den's Legacy has a record of 4-10-6 out of 39 starts and earnings of $692,917.

Mighty Acres, a division of Center Hills Farm, is located near Pryor, Okla.
