After finishing a close second and third in the Queen Elizabeth Challenge Cup Stakes presented by Lane's End (gr. IT) Oct. 15 at Keeneland, Harmonize and Hawksmoor will meet again in the $200,000 Mrs. Revere Stakes (gr. IIT) Nov. 25 on the Churchill Downs turf.

In the 1 1/8-mile Queen Elizabeth II on the Keeneland turf, Harmonize rallied from eighth to finish second, a head behind winner Time and Motion and a nose in front of third-place Hawksmoor. This time the two fillies will try 1 1/16 miles in the Mrs. Revere, which has attracted a full field of 14 3-year-old fillies plus one also-eligible.

Larkin Armstrong's Harmonize notched a grade I win in her start before the Queen Elizabeth when she rallied from seventh to edge Decked Out by a head in the Del Mar Oaks Aug. 20. Bred in Kentucky by Jack Swain, the daughter of Scat Daddy has won three other stakes including a narrow victory in last year's JPMorgan Chase Jessamine Stakes (gr. IIIT) at Keeneland where she set a course record of 1:44.19 for 1 1/16 miles.

Lael Stables' Hawksmoor made her U.S. debut in the Queen Elizabeth, which marked her final start for Newmarket-based trainer Hugo Palmer. That day she pressed pacesetter Catch a Glimpse early and continued well to earn the close third-place finish. Now trained by Arnaud Delacour, the daughter of Azamour is looking for her first grade I or group I win. Hawksmoor has won two group stakes, including this year's German One Thousand Guineas (Ger-II).

Churchill Downs odds maker Mike Battaglia has installed Harmonize as the 2-1 morning-line favorite, and tabbed Hawksmoor (IRE), as the 5-2 second betting choice.

A victory by Harmonize would be the second Mrs. Revere Stakes win for Mott—Churchill Downs' all-time leading trainer with 697 local wins—in the race named for one of the most important horses of the early years of his Hall of Fame career. He won the 2005 renewal with My Typhoon.

The race is named for Dr. David Richardson and Dr. Hiram Polk's homebred Mrs. Revere, a mid-1980s star trained by Mott whose career record featured six wins at Churchill. Richardson and Polk plan to present the winner's trophy.
