Grade I winner Line of David has been relocated from Spendthrift Farm in Central Kentucky to Jay Adcock's Red River Farms near Coushatta, La.

The 9-year-old son of Lion Heart—Emma's Dilemma, by Capote, has three crops of racing age and sired 69% winners from starters. His top runners include grade III winner Firing Line, who won the Sunland Derby and placed second in the Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I), a length behind Triple Crown winner American Pharoah  . He also has sired black-type stakes winners Dirt Monster and Cross the Line.

Line of David had a short but successful racing career, having ascended quickly into the grade I ranks. After breaking his maiden in February of his 3-year-old year, he won an allowance race at Santa Anita Park by 4 1/2 lengths and then prevailed in a hard-fought Arkansas Derby (gr. I). He beat eventual Kentucky Derby winner Super Saver   by a neck, with Dublin   another neck back in third.

The stallion is the most successful runner out of Emma's Dilemma, who has also produced grade III-placed winner McVictory and two other winners.

Line of David will stand for $2,500 live foal. Red River Farms' roster also includes Bind ($1,500), Calibrachoa ($2,000), Cameo Appearance ($1,500), Gold Tribute ($2,000), Guilt Trip ($2,500), Interactif ($2,000), Mass Media ($1,500), Redding Colliery ($2,000), and Sum of the Parts ($2,000).
