Code West won the Zia Park Championship on Land of Enchantment Day
The fourth edition of Zia Park’s Land of Enchantment Day produced record setting business numbers as an all-time track record of $2,091,079 was wagered on the 10-race card.
The new handle mark smashed the former single-day wagering record by more than 34%. Additionally, wagering records for the largest amount handled on a single race ($451,347 on the Zia Park Oaks) and in a Pick 4 pool ($84,023 on the late, all-stakes Pick 4) were established on the Land of Enchantment card.
