Euro Charline to be offered at Tattersalls December Mares Sale.

Hazariya, the dam of dual Derby winner Harzand, heads a quality catalog for the forthcoming Tattersalls December mares sale Nov. 28-Dec. 1. The catalogue for Europe's premier breeding stock sale numbers 1,059 lots and can be viewed online at www.tattersalls.com.

The 2016 renewal of the Tattersalls December mares sale combines the best of British and Irish bloodstock with significant consignments from throughout Europe.

Beverly D. Stakes (gr. IT) Euro Charline, dual group I winning sprinter Quiet Reflection, multiple South American group I scorer Furia Curzada, and this year's Italian One Thousand Guineas (Ity-III) winner Conselice are among more than 50 group/listed performing fillies in and out of training cataloged.

In addition to Hazariya, there are three other dams of group I winners: Screen Star, dam of 2015 Cheveley Park Stakes winner Lumiere; Shermeen, dam of 2013 Phoenix Stakes winner Sudirman; and Posteritas, dam of Prix Jean Prat winner Mutual Trust.

Mutual Trust is one of 58 beautifully bred mares and fillies in and out of training coming from Prince Khalid Abdullah's Juddmonte Farms. The outstanding Juddmonte consignment also features mares in foal to top sires including Frankel, Kingman, and Oasis Dream, as well as group I Yorkshire Oaks winner Quiff, in foal to Holy Roman Emperor, and no less than 24 half sisters to group I or group II winners.

In total the catalog includes more than 120 group and listed winners/producers and more than 120 mares in foal to the current top 20 active sires in Britain and Ireland including the only mares in foal to Dubawi and Frankel to be offered in Britain and Ireland. As ever, in addition to Juddmonte Farms, the leading owner/breeders Cheveley Park Stud, Gestut Fahrhof, Godolphin, Haras de Fresnay-le-Buffard, Hascombe and Valiant Stud, Lanwades Stud, Newsells Park Stud, The Royal Studs and Shadwell are well represented with the largest single consignment being the top class team from Godolphin.

Among the 76 cataloged from Godolphin are group 1 and classic winners Baila Me, Folk Opera, Forty Greeta, Full Rose, and Punctilious. Group II winner The Miniver Rose is in foal to Dubawi.

"The Tattersalls December Sale has been Europe's premier dispersal of top-class breeding stock since 1886 and we have a top-class catalog with which we bring our 250th year to a close," said Tattersalls chairman Edmond Mahony. "As ever, mares purchased at the December Sale have produced Group 1 winners in every corner of the world in 2016 and it is the unique diversity of the December Sale which sets it apart from all others and which every year attracts the international buyers in such numbers."
