Hot Springs, Ark., will be one of the South’s most popular destinations the weekend of March 17-18. On Friday, the city will host The First Ever 14th Annual World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and Saturday features the running of the Grade 2, $900,000 Rebel Stakes, usually the second best-attended day during the Oaklawn Park meet.
