OwnerView, a resource for new, prospective and existing Thoroughbred owners, announced today that registration is now open for the fourth edition of the Thoroughbred Owner Conference, which is scheduled to take place in Del Mar, Calif., Oct. 30 – Nov. 1, 2017 ahead of the Breeders’ Cup World Championships at Del Mar Thoroughbred Club.
