Untrapped now moves into the 20th spot on the Kentucky Derby Leaderboard

Cloud Computing, the third-place finisher in the April 8 Wood Memorial Stakes presented by NYRA Bets (G2), has been removed from contention for the Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (G1) and will point to the May 20 Preakness Stakes (G1), according to trainer Chad Brown.

Cloud Computing had been in the 20th and final slot on the Kentucky Derby leaderboard, having amassed 40 points off his Wood Memorial effort and runner-up outing in the March 4 Gotham Stakes (G3). With the son of Maclean's Music   bypassing the first leg of the Triple Crown, Untrapped—third in the March 18 Rebel Stakes (G2) and most recently sixth in the Arkansas Derby (G1)—moves into field for the first Saturday in May.

Trained by Steve Asmussen for owner Michael Langford, Untrapped broke his maiden at Churchill Downs last Nov. 20 and ran second in both the Lecomte Stakes (G3) and Risen Star Stakes (G2) in his first two starts this season. The son of Trappe Shot   has one win from six career starts with $259,658 in earnings.
