Distorted Humor Filly Brings $575,000 at OBS

Hip 383 sold for $575,000

A well-bred daughter of Distorted Humor   sold for $575,000 to become the first 2-year-old of the second session of the Ocala Breeders’ Sales spring sale to pass the half-million dollar mark early April 26. The filly was consigned as Hip 383 by Off the Hook.

Agent David Ingordo signed Mayberry Farm to the sales receipt for the filly bought on behalf of a client who did not want to be identified.

Bred in Kentucky by CESA Farm, the filly is out of the winning Bernardini   mare Eileen’s Dream, a half sister to multiple grade 1 winner Dream Rush, dam of grade 1 winner Dreaming of Julia.
