Many years ago when I was a stay-at-home fan watching the Kentucky Derby on TV, I would marvel at the sights and sounds of the Kentucky Derby Museum and wish that I could visit it. Now it is a magical part of my life every year when I return to Churchill Downs to write about the Kentucky Derby.
